I help leaders stepping into bigger roles who aren’t being experienced as ready, close the gap between capability and credibility, especially in high stakes transitions that cannot afford to fail. I do this in partnership with the HR or Talent leader, the sponsoring executive, and the leader’s manager.My work focuses on what’s actually driving how leaders are experienced by the people who shape their success, because that’s where transitions succeed or fail. I take a stakeholder-grounded approach, starting not with the leader alone, but with how they are experienced inside the organization.I have a particular passion for supporting women leaders navigating complex organizational systems. Having experienced firsthand as a Black woman the challenges of being \"the first,\"\"the only,\" or \"part of the few,\" I intimately understand both the challenges and opportunities that arise when leading authentically in dynamic environments.My style is both warm and direct. I meet clients where they are, then push them toward what’s actually getting in the way. I bring depth to every conversation and calm clarity to complex moments. Clients come to me when they need someone who will both champion and challenge them, someone direct enough to name what others won’t and skilled enough to help them move through it.I believe true leadership emerges when we embrace our whole selves. Through our work together, leaders learn to recognize limiting narratives, craft empowering new stories, and maximize their impact within and beyond their organizations.With over 20+ years driving global initiatives across 5 continents and leading international teams in Fortune 500 companies, I bring both strategic insight and practical wisdom to my clients.
