AirEx is a construction and climate tech company with a vision to end fuel poverty andcombat climate change by providing pioneering, affordable smart home solutions. Ourmission is to create warm and healthy homes for everyone in need. We have designed andmanufactured the world\'s first smart air brick, which empowers householders andlandlords to reduce energy demand while managing air quality in homes. AirEx aims todisrupt the building retrofit market by offering connected home solutions that are bothsimple to install and simple to use.I developed and implemented a resilient, end-to-end supply chain for AirEx, overseeing all stages from Far East manufacturing to UK customer delivery. My work included establishing high-quality manufacturing standards, managing international logistics and domestic warehousing, and leading initiatives to enhance carbon efficiency and reduce environmental impact using CIF.To improve our operational framework, I led the implementation of a new MRP system and developed robust metrics through key performance indicators (KPIs). My responsibilities also included creating risk registers and a structured process for return merchandise authorisations (RMAs). I further improved efficiency by standardising internal procedures for customer credit and stock requests.
