I’m an Account Manager at Niyaa People, working within the Corporate Services desk, where I support clients across the housing sector with their corporate and office-based recruitment needs. I work closely with housing associations, local authorities, and related organisations to help them attract and retain high-quality professionals who support the smooth running of their services.My role is highly relationship-driven. I build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, taking the time to understand their organisational structure, team culture, and long-term workforce plans. Acting as a trusted point of contact, I manage recruitment requirements from initial briefing through to placement, ensuring a consistent, reliable, and consultative service throughout.I recruit across a broad range of Corporate Services roles, including HR, Finance, Administration, Customer Services, Governance, IT, and wider Business Support positions, covering both permanent and interim/contract appointments. I work closely with internal recruitment teams to source, assess, and place suitable candidates, while advising clients on market conditions, availability of talent, and best hiring approaches.I take pride in delivering a high standard of service, meeting agreed SLAs, and adding genuine value to my clients’ recruitment processes. I’m organised, approachable, and commercially aware, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships and supporting account growth, while ensuring positive outcomes for both clients and candidates.
