Phoenix, AZ, US

I’m honored to be serving as a Senior Philanthropy Officer at Phoenix Rescue Mission, an organization dedicated to providing hope, healing, and new beginnings for men, women, and children in our community who are facing hunger, homelessness, addiction, and trauma. In my role, I help connect generous donors and community partners to transformational programs that restore lives through recovery services, housing solutions, workforce development, and spiritual growth. It’s deeply rewarding to be part of a team committed to breaking cycles of poverty and despair and replacing them with lasting change and renewed purpose. Learn more at

ABOUT RYAN HORN

For the past 20 years, I’ve been honored to work in Development fundraising, coming alongside donors and churches who want their generosity to have real, lasting impact. At the core of my work is building authentic relationships, listening well, understanding what matters most to people, and connecting their passion to meaningful mission. I find joy in helping others see how their giving can make a difference, both in their own backyard and beyond.I currently serve as a Senior Philanthropy Officer at Phoenix Rescue Mission, and I genuinely love what I get to do each day. Being part of an organization that offers hope, restoration, and practical support to individuals facing homelessness, hunger, trauma and addiction makes this work deeply personal. It’s more than a role, it’s a calling I care deeply about. What continues to inspire me is watching generosity turn into action. In my work with stewarding donor relationships, I’ve seen firsthand how people’s compassion can transform lives. Walking alongside supporters as they invest in what matters most to them is a privilege, and I’m grateful to contribute to work that strengthens individuals, families, and communities.
