Responsible for directing the overall operations & resources of Phoenix Rescue Mission, a faith-based charitable organization that offers a number of Christ-centered programs and services for men, women, and children in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area who are struggling with homelessness, addiction, food insecurity, and trauma. • Provide direction and leadership toward the achievement of the Mission\'s Mission, Vision, Values, and Initiatives. Collaborate with staff and volunteer leadership to prayerfully seek the wisdom and exercise the discernment necessary to recognize the leadership the Lord wants for the Mission. • Build an inspiring culture, set the course of future strategic direction, and identify PRM\'s annual goals and objectives while practicing inspired & Transformational Servant Leadership to promote positive morale and a high-performing culture. • Act as the main point of communication between the board of directors and organizational operations, build trust relations with key partners, stakeholders, community leaders, and staff and create and cultivate alliances and partnerships with other organizations to expand the reach of PRM.
