Serve as a strategic partner to the Dean, providing executive-level operational, accreditation, and decision-support leadership across graduate and professional programs• Play a key role in programmatic accreditation coordination and compliance, supporting standards and reporting for ACBSP, CSWE, CTC, and CCNE• Manage and track multi-million-dollar budgets, including GL reconciliation, vouchers, stipends, and contracts• Manage accreditation documentation, timelines, data collection, and evidence repositories in collaboration with faculty, program directors, Institutional Research, and Assessment• Support accreditation self-studies, annual reports, site visits, and substantive change documentation, ensuring alignment with accreditor requirements and institutional mission• Act as a central liaison between academic programs, Provost’s Office, HR, Finance, and external stakeholders to advance institutional priorities• Oversee complex academic operations, including faculty appointments, load sheets, overload contracts, evaluations, searches, onboarding, and off-boarding• Coordinate faculty search processes end-to-end, including committee support, candidate communications, interview logistics, and compliance documentation• Lead governance and committee operations (e.g, Graduate Academic Committee), including agendas, minutes, motions, and follow-through• Drive process improvement through digital systems to strengthen compliance, efficiency, and institutional memory• Represent the Dean’s Office with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism in sensitive academic, accreditation, and personnel matters

I currently serve as the Assistant to the Dean for the School of Graduate and Professional Studies at Fresno Pacific University, where I provide high-level administrative and strategic support to six academic departments—including Teacher Education, Nursing, and the Biblical Seminary.I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and am energized by the unique demands of higher education. My role allows me to work alongside faculty, department chairs, and university leadership to ensure the seamless execution of academic operations and student-focused initiatives.With a deep commitment to faith-based education, I’m passionate about cultivating environments where Christ-centered leadership and academic excellence go hand in hand.
