I saw firsthand how impactful solving the issue of getting apartment homes move-in ready would be during the first half of my career at national real estate investment, property management and operation firms.I learned early on that I thrive on challenging the status quo. So, with my solutions-oriented mindset and in-depth industry knowledge, it was an easy decision to join forces with my cofounders and set out to fix this archaic and inefficient process. Given my working knowledge of the management and vendor side of real estate, it was a natural fit for me to lead the business development, account management, recruiting and operation functions at Rent Ready. We’ve been able to leverage my versatility to build these departments with top tier talent and quickly scale.
