Navigating the talent shortage using talent mapping we are able to identify and approach the specific skills we seek - ensuring high engagement of the right skills at the right time. 3) Resourcing OperationsTechnical operational gurus with expertise in compliance, ATS, transformation, data, legislation and sourcing tool - this team are the back bone of all the EVP and touch points to the service.Accountable for the resourcing team chapter of the Oracle transformation project due for go live in 2025, including the teams design review, testing, UAT script writing and change requests required to land a successful and seamless implementation.
