ABOUT RUTH FLEMING

Experienced Retail Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry both in a large enterprise and also in a family run business. I am currently working as a Health and Beauty Store leader for Boots, UK. In my career so far, I have worked in a variety of environments including flagship stores across England and Northern Ireland, Heathrow Airport Terminals and a variety of smaller Boots stores. I pride myself on being able to build strong relationships and adapt to new environments within a short period of time, training and developing my staff through sharing knowledge and inspiring them to be the best version of themselves, and most importantly, the safety and customer journey of my patients. As a store leader, it is my role to educate and coach my staff through a rapidly changing retail and healthcare business world, to adhere to the expectations and demands of our customers, the heart of our Boots brand.
