As per an internal survey, it reduced the time they spend on these tasks by 54% daily> GenAI: Built an extensive GenAI model for invoice reminders, that contextually picks reminder-eligible invoices based on customer history, overdue days, and other relevant data points. GenAI helps customized relevant reminder content that can be automated by AI or manually sent.
