Manage Production Designers and Image Retouchers including 9 staff and 5-6 freelance as well as focus on technology, systems, and workflows.Key Accomplishments• Developed a new, interactive digital catalog format which debuted for Christie’s landmark global sale, ONE, by integrating various existing tools and systems. • Worked closely with internal team and vendor to define, develop, implement, and test Christie’s expansion of Censhare to include DAM functionality.• Became a leading resource for Monday.com implementation and automation within Christie\'s.• Utilized automations and integrations to enhance existing Monday.com boards and create new workflows/reports including a global time and image touch tracking workflow, KPI data collection, regional monthly KPI reporting boards, and integrations with boards from other teams. • Developed the global workflow for phase 1 of enhanced property essays on christies.com lot pages utilizing Sitecore and InDesign while solving for limitations that prevented digital proofing.• Developed the global workflow for phase 2 of enhanced property essays utilizing Shorthand stories embedded on christies.com lot pages using Sitecore. Over 1,200 essays were created during 1H 2023 globally.• Provide support and guidance to Image Retouching Manager working closely to improve processes and rollout Censhare DAM to retouching team• Created a process for bulk generation of QR codes in InDesign utilizing data merge and the Connect Collector tool saving hours of manual time.• Devised a solution using Excel, XML, and InDesign to automate the import of content for a catalog of 750+ products
