I am a graduate in Electrical and Computer Engineering from SUNY Binghamton. I am a highly dedicated and self-motivated individual who is looking for an opportunity in an organization where I can contribute my creative energy to high impacted projects. Currently I am employed with Hexaware Technologies as a Desktop-Network Engineer providing L3 support to the world\'s biggest Auction house based in New York.Have worked on various data center upgrade projects wherein I have upgraded a number to switches to newer models and configured them. I also maintain and troubleshoot the Cisco VOIP system. I have good hands on Cisco Unity, Call manager, IPCC and voice gateway systems. I also have hands on the NICE recording system. I also have a background in deploying and troubleshooting VPC\'s on vSphere by running automation script on Jenkins. Being involved with the Desktop team has given me an opportunity to work on Windows based systems, SCCM, AD, SharePoint, Azure DevOps.
