Freedx is building a Centralized Cryptocurrency Exchange (CEX). I interface directly with our Executive Leadership team and operate horizontally across the organization. I focus on finding exceptional talent for our most critical and impactful positions. I lead Freedx\'s Talent Acquisition function. I collaborate with companies at different growth and funding stages - including Fortune 100 - from privately held to Series A -> Series C.As a former engineer, I have deep expertise in recruiting Staff Engineers for advanced-engineering domains such as zk-SNARK, Compilers, Runtime, Protocol and P2P. I also work across Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance and Strategic Partnerships.Voluntary Positions:The Irish Business Network is a network of Irish professionals and entrepreneurs residing in Germany.
