Working with South West Water (SWW) on their transformational new Salesforce CRM and Billing solution for post go live product backlog delivery, as well as supporting the existing Salesforce platform for Sutton and East Surrey Water (SES) and their separate product backlog.Supporting the programme team in the current phase of the solution whilst helping to establish an agile framework and product vision to support the continuous development of the systems in line with the strategy and product vision.Building on the maturity of current agile delivery experience within the business to ensure the continued success along with key stakeholders across the business.
