As a Product Leader for Customer Self Service, these are key Role & Responsibilities I have been engaged in- Crafting the Product Vision and Product Strategy - Identifying the key target market, user personas, and product features that result in maximum business and customer value- Identify the Success criteria by defining the OKR. Set quantitative and qualitative metrics to evaluate the performance of your product against your goals- Customer Interaction regularly to gather feedback. Use this feedback to improve your product and enhance the customer experience- Work with multiple regional teams to ensure alignment across all tracks. Coordinate with your stakeholders, including designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure a smooth and efficient product development process- Be a part of usability testing to ensure your product meets the user\'s needs. Conduct user tests to evaluate the usability of your product and identify any usability issues. Use these insights to improve the user experience and increase adoption- Lead software product development and tech build to create quality and scalable features/solutions- Ensure that the product is built to meet the highest standards and consider scalability, performance, and security.
