Handling end-to-end hiring for Ad Sales Revenue, Marketing, Content Operations, Creative Communications research analytics, sales panning and strategy and corporate function across all levels and businesses (Broadcast, OTT (ZEE5), Music, Movie and Corporate ) of ZEE Entertainment Enterprise Limited (ZEEL) Sourcing top talent from traditional and non-traditional sourcing channels and getting them excited about opportunities at ZEEL. Working closely with the HRBP to improve upon existing programs and develop an innovative strategy around finding top talent. Developing and executing recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements and managing job postings in recruiting system and job boards. Headhunting for niche roles. Responsible for market mapping, planning, and assessment, and interviews or hiring candidates. Onboarding Formalities: Handling post recruitment procedure i.e, fromissuing offer letter, along with finalizing the proposed hike for the candidate, sharing the salary break up comparison with the different options, sending the offer to the candidates, negotiations, Offer, confirmation, and appointment letter issuance. Maintaining and regularly updating records like candidate information tracker, open position tracker, joining Tracker etc. to have accurate information for internal benchmarking. Compliance Adherence and Background Verification Check Post offer follow-up, collection, and verification of documents within TAT! Ensuring candidate smooth onboarding experience until the candidate joins ZEEL.
