CAPA & lessonslearnt- in case of QHSE problems, escalations and perform necessary advance quality planning.Improve Project execution and quality by supporting NPI/ NPD process and by introducing andteaching appropriate tools with the goal to improve product quality and reduce time to market.Drive the adherence of change management across product and processes.Supervise suppliers regarding QHSE standards and Q-assurance.Obtain and maintain CHAS and Constructionline certificated for UK team.Train, develop, coach people to increase capability and embed a true business excellence culture.
