PAVLOV MEDIA INC, CHAMPAIGN, IL – NOC PROJECT MANAGER/ASSET MANAGER | 2020-PRESENTResponsible for the coordination, management, and execution of the implementation process at Pavlov media systems development. working closely with the engineering group, sales department and the NOC during the project development and deployment. Projects comprise of video (television via satellite) and data (internet connectivity and Ethernet or wireless network) services being installed on properties across the country.• Coordinate internal and external resources after Sales for Project Management Handoff• Review documents for the deployment projects and it’s set of standards to ensure that no components are missed or required to execute a successful project.• Document and review Engineering Scope of Work, Bill of Materials, Final Engineering of any documentation pertinent to implementation projects.• Review and approve engineering budgets for both internal and external projects.• Facilitate kick off meetings with internal and external stakeholders, reporting all the way up to leadership/ownership.• Manage the flow of deployments and the set of six deployment leads (internal NOC) doing the configuration of installed systems.• Conduct scrums twice a day to manage the daily issues that arise but to also develop and deliver our best product.• Manage deployment projects of up to 6+ at any given time from $25K-$150K.• Organize with the field engineers for needed material and scheduling for installation to meet or stay within budget.• All projects, and their controlled flow, flow through me with the deployment leads updates.• Develop checklists to ensure nothing is missed.• Make transparent to other departments the actions needed to develop and deploy projects and that their documents are accurate.• Author standardized project documents required for project approvals to all stakeholders.
