PAMANA\'s mission objectives are as follows- To foster and strengthen cooperation among Filipino American organizations in the New England region the United States, promoting mutual understanding, humility and equality- To encourage active participation of all Filipino American organizations in the New England region in the commemoration of the Philippine Independence Day- To coordinate timely and effective mobilization of all Filipino American organizations in the New England region to respond and render assistance to victims of calamities in the Philippines such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, typhoons and such other major disastrous events.Roles- Collaborated with team members to engage Filipino American organizations across New England in the Philippine Independence Day commemoration- Plan and execute community initiatives, including grocery and care package distribution for Filipino communities in need and leadership development events for Filipino youth in New England- Volunteered at the Philippine Independence Day Festival, overseeing tabling, delivering and distributing chairs to vendors, and coordinating performer check-in and verification to ensure smooth event operations- Attend monthly team meetings to provide updates and strategize for future events.
