ABOUT RTANJAY SHRIVASTAVA

I am a recent graduate from Delhi Technological University (formerly DCE), my journey encapsulates a Bachelor of Technology in Production & Industrial Engineering with a minor in Data Analytics, culminating in my current role as a Developer at Land Rights Initiative at Centre for Policy Research. Here, my analytical competencies are pivotal in unraveling complex business scenarios, leveraging management consulting insights, and machine learning applications to drive strategic decisions. Leadership is the cornerstone of my professional narrative, exemplified during my tenure as President of the DelTech MUN & Debating Society. This experience honed my abilities to orchestrate teams, navigate challenging negotiations, and foster an environment conducive to critical thinking and persuasive communication. These skills are instrumental in my pursuit of excellence in the executive search and leadership hiring domain. Currently I am involved in strategy development and business intelligence across industries for large conglomerates, MNC’s in India. Strategy consulting and organisation advisory, leveraging Machine Learning in tech are other domains I am eager to explore.
