Connecting the workforce of a major regional health system (~20k employees) to HR programs, processes and initiatives, driving understanding and adoption by developing strategy and materials to facilitate business objectives in accordance with organizational culture, values and vision. • Building and executing creative and compelling communications campaigns in support of key HR initiatives, including annual benefits enrollment, new/enhanced/expanded benefit rollouts, performance planning/measurement, and compensation-related updates. • Partnering across business functions to ensure seamless collaboration on internal communication projects with internal partners and senior leadership, including: Internal Communications, Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Management. • Leveraging organizational media tools and intranet sites to reach a broad audience, including e-bulletin posts and direct communications. • Managing all Human Resources intranet content via enterprise content management system, ensuring accuracy and ideal user experience for employees seeking information on benefits, development and other HR initiatives. • Drafting emails, presentations and other digital media materials to execute on communications and stakeholder engagement plans, driving messaging buy-in across a variety of platforms. • Supporting senior leadership and project leads in developing speaking notes, talking points, FAQs, communication plans.
