ABOUT RICHARD SHARP
I have over 22 years of media experience 20 of those in digital. I have led the development of a business from a traditional display Ad network to one that generated revenue from Display, Mobile, Video, Cross Device and Lead Generation, with revenues growing in excess of 400% during my tenure. I have a broad and practical understanding of how digital works within the marketing mix through my work at Conversant and Grapeshot. At Grapeshot, I lead the EMEA Commercial operation where we focus on optimising campaign performance through real-time contextual profiling of content. We are a cookieless business informing more than 46bn adverting decisions across brands every day with publishers, agencies and platforms. I have over 15 years leadership experience latterly leading multi-functional teams across Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Media Delivery, Marketing, Finance and back office. Part of the EU leadership team that saw the sale of Conversant to Alliance Data Systems for $2.3bn in Dec 2014
