ABOUT ROZANNE PULEO
I’m a healthcare leader with a 20+ year career spanning clinical practice, medical affairs, scientific training, and academic research. Currently serving as Director of U.S. Medical Training at Ascendis Pharma, I bring a unique blend of experience as a nurse practitioner, senior MSL, faculty member, and research fellow.My focus is building impactful, science-driven training programs that empower medical teams to engage confidently and compliantly across therapeutic areas—including endocrinology, rare disease, and musculoskeletal health. I’ve led training and field medical efforts across product lifecycles, from pre-launch education and EAP implementation to global congress strategy. I’m proud to have contributed to initiatives that not only accelerate evidence dissemination but also center the patient and provider experience.Before transitioning to industry, I was a full-time practicing NP and co-founder of a primary care sports medicine clinic for underserved communities. My research and innovation roots include time at MIT’s AgeLab, where I developed AGNES—the Age Gain Now Empathy Suit, featured in The New York Times, Today Show, and Disney+’s Limitless. I’ve also taught graduate students in public health and health communication at Tufts Medical School.At heart, I’m a collaborator and educator, passionate about advancing equitable, informed, and human-centered healthcare.
