In my role as a Behavioral Health Clinician, I provide comprehensive mental health care to adult through a combination of evidence-based interventions and collaborative care. My responsibilities include:Conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments to formulate behavioral health diagnoses as per DSM-5 criteria.Managing a diverse caseload of 20+ adult clients presenting with conditions such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD, utilizing approaches grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.Administering and interpreting standardized assessments (PHQ-9, PCL-5, GAD-7) to monitor symptom severity and track progress over time.Maintaining detailed and timely clinical documentation within the EPIC electronic health record system.Participating in weekly individual and group supervision to ensure clinical excellence and uphold best practices in patient care.
