ABOUT ROYCE MYERS

I\'m Royce Myers, a builder at heart and a Babson College student passionate about using entrepreneurship and emerging technologies to solve real-world problems. Whether it\'s optimizing retail cannabis margins through AI-driven pricing or helping brands scale authentic content through creator networks, my work is about identifying inefficiencies and building the systems that fix them.As Co-Founder & CEO of Nuggy, I\'m leading a team developing dynamic pricing software for cannabis dispensaries. We use machine learning to optimize pricing in real time based on inventory aging, local demand, competitive activity, and seasonal factors, raising retailer margins by as much as 25%. Our goal is to help small operators compete and stay alive in a tough, heavily regulated industry.I\'m also the Co-Founder of BornViral, a Gen Z creator network helping consumer brands grow through scalable short-form content. With a mix of editing talent, on-camera creators, and custom incentive systems, we\'re helping brands like Macrofit expand reach and drive ROI.Previously, I worked on cross-border business development in Mexico, led operational initiatives in life sciences, and founded early-stage ventures exploring AI automation. Across all of it, I bring scrappiness, empathy, and a bias toward execution.I\'m always looking to learn from operators, investors, and builders in cannabis tech, consumer brands, and AI.
