As General Manager, I provide executive leadership in guiding cross-functional teams and overseeing the strategic operations of The Works—Selig Enterprises’ legacy property, an 80-acre adaptive reuse, mixed-use development on Atlanta’s Upper Westside. Phase I of The Works spans 27 acres and features SF of office space and SF of retail, including Chattahoochee Food Works—one of Atlanta’s premier food halls. Phase II covers 53 acres and currently houses SF of light-industrial warehouse space. The site is slated for future redevelopment, with plans for significant office and retail additions.I lead the operations team by collaborating across internal departments, and fostering relationships with tenants, vendors, and the surrounding community. My focus is on aligning daily operations with overall performance, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and lasting value at a key asset.
