I joined in 2010 with the role of conceiving, creating and delivering a brand new payroll software application for the UK market. The result was BrightPay For the first release of BrightPay, I was responsible for all architecture, UX design, programming, I/O, and the development and integration of multiple utilised web services. I also created the BrightPay name, branding and website. In subsequent years, I continued to develop BrightPay in the UK, as well as deliver a version of BrightPay for the Republic of Ireland I became a company director and was involved in strategy and business development, while building a out new a software development team to continue the expansion of BrightPay and related products and services. I have since been involved in transitioning the company through multiple private equity deals, mergers and acquisitions, helping make Bright Software Group what it is today. I continue to sit on the board and oversee the development of BrightPay as it enters its second successful decade in the market.
