As a Major Account Manager on the UK Service Provider team I am responsible for a number of UK based Service Providers. This position requires managing accounts where Fortinet is the incumbent security provider as well as breaking into whitespace accounts with little experience with Fortinet. I am responsible for understanding the challenges and goals of my accounts as well as proactively positioning Fortinet solutions. I work closely with my Fortinet SEs as well as with a number of Fortinet certified partners to collaboratively sell Fortinet solutions. I focus on providing exceptional customer service in order to earn trusted advisor status within these accounts.
