ABOUT ROSELY ARRELARO

I support and mentor people in the development of their skills and support the managers, enabling their teams to achieve results, always aligned with the company strategies. I work as a focus on the needs of my internal customer, providing people management tools that can support the processes, as well as collaborating in the development of leaders, conducting behavioral training or through specialized consulting. I have developed my career in Human Resources, and I love my work. Being able to meet people, listen to their needs, seek solutions within the business context or even support family problems that may be impacting on professional life is what I like to do. I try to give freedom to my team to carry out their activities, always guiding them about the best practices and encouraging them to seek solutions. My career whithin HR involves a great knowledge in remuneration and union relations. I started in HR in the area of compensation, starting to act also in benefits. Over the last 9 years, I managed the area (with 11 professionals), and I have created the department and also assumed the areas of occupational health and safety, SGI - integrated management system. I was responsible for the certification of ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001. I managed the shared management of the facilities area. During my management, I supported leaders in managing their teams, seeking the best professionals to meet their demands, as well as training all employees and offering a compensation package compatible with the market. I have always worked with diversity, giving opportunities to people of different age groups, sexes and different religions. I learned a lot in this process. I am sure there are still too many ways to contribute to the companies and hiring me would be of mutual benefit.
