Rosario Astuvilca-Rojas is the CEO and Founder of Inclusive Mining, an Executive Search firm dedicated to the mining industry. With 20 years of experience and roots in mining communities in central Perú, she brings both a unique perspective and a personal commitment to fostering a more responsible and inclusive industry. In 2012, she co-founded HispanoMine, a Canadian non-profit organization that advocates for, connects, and empowers Latin American professionals in the mining industry. In 2021 Rosario was elected to the Board of Directors of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC); the first Peruvian-Canadian woman in its 90th year history. She has been recognized as one of the Most Powerful Latinas to Watch by ALPFA, and one of the 10 Most Influential Hispanic Canadians in 2022. In 2024, Peru’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs awarded her a Diploma of Recognition for her leadership in the mining sector and for inspiring the Latin American community in Canada.#responsiblemining #inclusivemining #hispanomine
