As a Real Estate Broker who is a Senior Real Estate Specialist,(SRES), everything I do is centered on the unique needs of older adults. My mission is to help seniors age at home, and downsize with dignity, by helping them preserve, protect and leverage their real estate asset to help finance the next step of their lives. I specialize exclusively in senior real estate services, with a focus on helping Seniors protect their real estate asset, remain safe, comfortable, and in control of their living environment—whether that means staying in their current home or transitioning to something more manageable. My work is grounded in real understanding—of their values, their routines, and the emotional meaning behind where they live. I recognize that home is not just a property—it’s memory, independence, and peace of mind. I provide expert guidance in: Aging in Place – creating realistic plans to help Seniors remain in their home longer, on their terms Aging at Home – modifying spaces to support safety, mobility, and daily living Downsizing with Dignity – helping Seniors simplify without sacrificing comfort or autonomy Universal Design – ensuring every home is functional, accessible, and future-ready As certified Senior Real Estate Specialists (SRES®), I work alongside Seniors and their family to evaluate options, develop strategies, and connect them with trusted resources for every stage ahead.
