Help scale customer success organization in partnership with product, devs, business intelligence and finance teams • Work with Sr. leadership to develop specific quarterly goals with defined commitments aimed at reaching partners’ mutual annual goals. • Lead a team of nine Customer Success Managers with a focus of driving revenue $10M +
