Network operations engineer for C Squared operations in Uganda, Kenya, Ghana, Togo, DRC and Liberia-Lead project manager for the customer satisfaction survey across all company locations-Coordinate project work plans and draw implementation schedules, resource coordination and allocation-Lead manager and oversee routine network maintenance, escalations, ticketing and communication with internal teams and external vendors-Coordinate reuse and decommissioning plans-Maintain a contractor and vendor list and coordinate with contractors and providers for network maintenance, network upgrades and related activities-Manage project finances, e.g, collecting BoQs and other required documentation from interested vendors-Provide a timely response to all network faults, both service-affecting and non-service-affecting, responding to after-hours outages and emergencies as necessary to internal and external stakeholders-Prepare and maintain network performance reports on various network metrics and present these to internal and external stakeholders-Provision of notifications and updates of all maintenance activities in a routine and scalable fashion to internal stakeholders IP Traffic engineering; IP/MPLS, IS-IS, OSPF, EIGRP-Coordinate full network housekeeping (routers, switches) installation to ensure accurate configurations and cleanup processes-Participate in design activities, write and maintain documentation, and develop standard operations processes and procedures for use on the network-Coordinate meetings with vendors and contractors to discuss technical updates and the overall state of the infrastructure network targeted to meeting SLAs-Service audits of network configurations for tier and leased capacity sites for clients.
