IT Audit Manager, Risk & Assurance Services (RAS)Romaric is part of the Risk & Assurance Services (RAS) department as an IT Audit Manager since October 2016. He has built up experience in the provision of advisory and audit services for clients in the financial and operational sector as well as for institutional clients.Romaric performed several IT general control reviews, data assurance reviews, and worked on internal audit support assignments:• Business & IT controls reports reviews (ISAE 3402 and ISAE IT general control reviews as support of Business activities;• Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs): Annual review of manual journal entries.IT Service Desk Officer, GTS OPERATION & INFRAS, PwC (May 2008 – March 2011)Romaric has joined PwC in 2008 as an IT Service Desk Officer in the internal service desk’s team to give IT support to the internal users of PwC. In his capacity to understand client’s expectations regarding mobile services usage, he provided PwC’s Partners, Directors and Managers with trainings related to Blackberry and VPN connections utilization while traveling abroad.Customer Care officer and vendor, Orange France (September 2005 – April 2008)Romaric has worked 3 years as a technician support specialized in mobile phones at the customer care for Orange France for retail and professional clients. He was involved on providing technical guidance and trainings to his colleagues related to new Orange’s services and products. Romaric was also involved on selling Orange’s services to retail clients in Orange stores (6 month period).
