Key responsibilities of this EMEA-wide Presales role:Technical Consulting: Supporting the sales team and partner network throughout Europe in analyzing current and future requirements of customers in the fields of broadcasting companies, post-production houses, and music studiosProposal and Solution Development: Developing and presenting technical concepts, system architectures, and proposals tailored to specific customer needsCustomer Management: Generation and qualification of leads as well as maintenance of existing key accountsProduct Presentations and Demos: Conducting live demos and workshops, both one-on-one and at trade shows and events, to showcase the functionality and added value of Avid’s Pro Audio products such as Pro Tools, S4/S6 consoles and MTRX systemsMarketing: Supporting the marketing team in the strategic positioning of Avid’s Pro Audio products by creating and/or localizing offline and online content as well as hosting webinarsTraining: Conducting training sessions for end customers, sales partners, and system integrators to enhance their expertise in using Avid productsGathering Feedback: Analyzing, processing, and forwarding customer feedback to product and development teamsAdministration and Logistics: Managing demo equipment and providing logistical support to the European Pre-Sales Audio teamPlayed a pivotal role in major broadcast industry projects, implementing Pro Tools solutions across German public broadcasting systems.
