As Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, I lead a team of Talent Managers, Talent Acquisitions Specialists and Vendor Worforce Relations Management to oversee Global Fulfillment and Supply Chain for both hourly and salaried hiring across seven (7) Distribution Centres in North America.I\'m pleased to share that my team has sucessfully launched three distribution centres over the past few years with some of those being up to 1.2 million square feet! We have exceeded our hiring metrics YOY and continue to meet our targets of over hires in peak season alone!In the Contingent space we continue to reduce cost savings while implementing new policies and guidelines to streamline processes and give a better candidate experience. This year alone we\'ve saved over million plus giving back to the DC\'s across North America.In this role, I am a collaborative business partner and consultant with Employer Relations, Compensation, People and Culture, Senior Leadership including VP level, Contingent Vendors, IDEA, Legal, Procurement, Compliance & Policies and Talent Acquisition.I report and present to leadership and teams on Talking Talent, hiring anyaltics, market analysis, hiring trends and Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews.

With over 15 years of experience in recruitment, specializing particularly in the supply chain and logistics sectors, I current serve as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Supply Chain and Global Fulfillment. This role oversees all salaried and hourly hiring across our Global Supply Chain and Distribution Centers in North America. In addition, I also oversee the Contingent Vendors and Performance Management/Workforce Planning for DC\'s. My extensive background in recruitment and supply chain has equipped me with a deep understanding of the industry, allowing me to effectively consult and identify top talent while creating strategic workforce hiring plans that achieve our company goals and initiatives. As an inclusive leader, I am committed to fostering a workforce where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute. Currently, I hold an L1 VISA passport which allows me work in USA and Canada while I oversee the hiring teams and contingent vendors across our North American market.Outside of work you will see me trying out new TikTok recipes, hitting the boardwalk with my Pomeranian - Maverick and enjoying the beach whenever I can!
