I am a seasoned IT professional with 4 years of experience as a Workday Consultant, specializing in report writing and integration of HCM systems. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various Workday functionalities, including EIB (Inbound/Outbound), Core Connectors, Studio, Report Writer, and Calculated Fields.In my role as a Workday Techno Functional Consultant at Hinduja Global Solutions, I have successfully created custom reports tailored to client requirements, utilizing calculated fields when necessary in areas such as core HR, benefits, payroll, and finance. I have also developed integrations, including EIBs, Cloud Connectors, Document Transformation, and Custom Report Writer, enabling seamless data transfer and system synchronization.Working closely with clients, I have provided consulting services to ensure data integrity and resolve any issues that may impact project scope and timelines.
