I hold a Master\'s degree in Global Supply Chain Management from Purdue University and I am an accomplished supply chain professional. Currently employed at Cummins Inc. as a Project Specialist, my focus lies in reducing Defects Per Million Opportunities (DPMO) and spearheading customer-centric projects. Within Cummins, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategically address and minimize defects in our processes, aiming to achieve higher efficiency and quality standards. My role is integral to implementing initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience, emphasizing a customer-centric approach to supply chain management. In addition to my efforts in defect reduction, I actively contribute to projects that prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring that our supply chain operations align seamlessly with customer needs and expectations. This dual focus on reducing defects and enhancing the customer experience reflects my commitment to continuous improvement and delivering optimal outcomes in the supply chain domain.
