With over 25 years of experience in the elevator industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to create a safe, efficient, and innovative environment for my team and clients. I have a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Systems, and I apply my knowledge and skills to optimize the performance and quality of TK Elevator\'s OHSMS. As the Senior VP OSH Risk, Governance and Assurance at TK Elevator, I’m a senior member of the global OSH function and ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations. I also lead the safety transformation program and the development and implementation of OSH policies, programs, and global safety initiatives. I have successfully managed several large-scale projects, such as the OSH digital transformation, the Global OSH transformation. I enjoy working with diverse and talented colleagues, and I am always eager to learn new things and challenge myself. As a researcher I have published papers in International Journals about OHSMS Efficiency analysis, Safety Data Science and Decent work.
