As a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner at Roche, I have the privilege of working with global hiring leaders to find and attract the best talent for the digital healthcare space. I have over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the technology industry and a passion for connecting people with fulfilling and purposeful careers. I provide talent consultation and coaching, sourcing and pipelining, behavioral interviewing, branding, talent selection, offer strategies and negotiations, and project management. I partner with global stakeholders and internal networks to lead complex corporate transformation projects. I am dedicated to a consultative approach and skilled in cultivating strong working relationships with hiring leaders and candidates.
