As the lead of eviCore operations for over 3,800 reports (including clinical and non-clinical experts), my team of leaders develop and execute benefit management solutions for over 100 health plan clients interacting with over providers across more than 12 product lines of business. The team is charged and inspired to not only run the business by processing over 20 million care requests annually, but to also change the business by producing both highly efficient and high quality outcomes for the care needs of 100 million patients. We are charged to lead strategic initiatives that support growth of innovative solutions that drive affordable value into the marketplace while always ensuring accountability to oversee effective and unified end to end operational performance that is compliant to contractual and regulatory requirements. Our success is predicated on continuous development of expertise and shared trust amongst teams to do the right thing with accountability, anticipating and delivering in a constantly changing complex environment, and driving towards a common vision and purpose that requires continuous communication, empowerment, organizational design assessment, and priority alignment.
