I oversee contract governance activities such as KPI monitoring, risk and issue management, and reporting. I build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including the Department for Education (the contract funder), Social Work England (the regulator), and Lancaster University (our Higher Education Partner). I oversee the regulatory and university approval processes and lead the procurement and tendering of critical contracts, ensuring everything aligns with Frontline’s broader strategic goals.
