Highly experienced learning & development consultant & performance coach. I have worked with consultancy side, large corporates & high growth start-ups.After a career of over 15 years in FMCG Sales I soon realised that I wanted to support others to build effective relationships with their peers, their teams, their business & their customers. I moved into the role of Sales Capability & Coach for Mars Chocolate and my passions and talents aligned. I designed, delivered and coached individuals and teams through selling skills programmes, negotiation, account management, category essentials, customer engagement & presentation skills.I also became accredited to deliver MBTI & Discovery Insights.Five years later I moved back into a sales role to refresh my skills and managed the convenience sector for Mars Ice Cream.I am now lead coach within Curium Solutions. Here I work with a wide network of senior and junior managers to support their growth and development. I also design and deliver leadership programs empowering clients throughout UK and the globe
