I am a partner in Clyde & Co’s nationally recognised Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Regulatory team and specialise in corporate crime. My areas of expertise include- health and safety - corporate and gross negligence manslaughter - environment - trading law - food safety - fire safety - transport - Coroner’s inquests I represent individuals and businesses from all industry sectors under criminal investigation – including interviews under caution at the police station – and where enforcement action/prosecution proceedings are brought by regulators such as the Health and Safety Executive, the Police, the Environment Agency, Trading Standards, the Office of Fair Trading, local authorities and the Fire Service. I regularly undertake my own advocacy in the Magistrates Court and at inquests in the Coroner\'s Court.
