ABOUT JOE WAKEFORD
I am a Legal 500 recommended lawyer for clinical negligence and personal injury. I have many years experience dealing with catastrophic injury claims, including brain injury, spinal injury, cerebral palsy on behalf of insurers and the NHS. This includes motor, EL/PL and OLA and clinical claims. I have advised on consent, capacity and disability discrimination issues, represented insured companies and healthcare Trusts at inquests including death in custody and death from restraint. I helped to set up BLM\'s Dublin office and I am head of the Southampton office and the Bristol region.
