I’m a dynamic leader, communicator, and creator with a diverse background spanning organizational development, insurance claims management, coaching, and entrepreneurship. Every step of my journey—from guiding my college basketball team to the NCAA Division National Championship game, to building a business from the ground up—has been driven by growth, resilience, and a passion for people.In my current role as Organizational Development Leader at Goodville Mutual, I’ve designed and led initiatives that elevate the employee experience. I founded and branded Goodville University, an internal development platform focused on employee growth and engagement. Under this umbrella, I manage programs including our Summer Internship Program, the YouBelong Committee, change management strategies, and internal communications.Before shifting into organizational development, I spent over 20 years helping individuals and families recover from disaster as a property claims adjuster and manager—responding to hurricanes, tornadoes, fires, and other large-loss events across the country. I’m proud to have led teams, trained others, and I was consistently recognized as a top performer.I’m also the founder of MyJersey Designs, LLC, a side business launched in 2019. We recreate sports jerseys through high-definition graphic prints and professional framing. Sales have doubled year-over-year, driven by innovation, quality, and a loyal customer proud member of the Elizabethtown community, I served as a high school basketball coach for 13 years—four as head coach at Elizabethtown Area High School. Our win totals climbed from 5 to 20 over four seasons, including the program’s first-ever PIAA State Playoff victory and the development of its all-time leading scorer and 3rd all-time leading scorer.I’m also the co-host of the Early Retirement: High School Basketball Coaches Podcast with Kevin Scheiler, former coach at Central York High School.
