Whilst involved with ScotBio since 2013, when the company sponsored his PhD, Rocky officially joined ScotBio as Head of R&D in January 2016. Now as CTO he has overall responsibility for R&D on all aspects of the system, and has been instrumental in getting the technology ready for commercialisation. Rocky coordinates all R&D projects done in conjunction with universities. He has a PhD in molecular biology from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc in medical microbiology from the University of Manchester.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
