eRFx Process• Manage the North America eRFx through the Ariba Spend Management tool for the company’s corporate portfolio and Disney Stores retail. • Maintain as the sole point of contact during the RFP process to ensure fair bidding and competitiveness.• Ensure initial eRFx request includes, at a minimum,(1) the required minimum of three (3) bidders,(2) drawings and specifications, if applicable,(3) detailed scope of work narrative; and (3) proposed RFP milestone dates.• Organize and conduct pre-bid meetings and job walks with all the bidders.• Monitor all RFIs and cascade RFI response to all bidders through a pre-bid/post-bid addenda. • Analyze bid deliverables and prepare bid summary reports.• Level set bids across all bidders through a post-bid interview process with each bidder.• Finalize the Letter of Intent (LOI) to the selected bidder.• Conduct post RFP feedback to those bidders who were not selected for the project.Contract Management • Generate master agreements, base contracts, work authorizations, change orders, close-out change orders and amendments.• Execute contract approvals up to $25K signatory level.• Mitigate company risks through contract negotiations to reach mutually agreeable terms by both parties. • Acquire approval of the agreed contracts exceptions with Legal and Risk Management.• Assist legal department in maintaining and updating current master templates for all types of contracting agreements; develop new and/or revised templates.• Collaborate with Business Units on “Cure letters” to Vendors/Suppliers breaching the terms and conditions of the executed contract.Supplier Diversity Tier 2 Spend Initiatives• Owner of the Tier 2 initiative for Enterprise Sourcing Design & Construction team.• Super user for the development of the new Tier 2 Reporting tool. • Manage Supplier Management Portal of entry of key information to allow reporting and troubleshooting.• Participate in planning a Supplier Diversity Summit(s).
