Lead and manage the Business Change Management function within Strategy and Transformation.Current projects my team and I are leading and supporting: Windows 11 software upgrade and device refresh, Microsoft Company Portal, Microsoft Authenticator App rollout, Windows Hello, Microsoft Azure, PIR, Enhanced Demand Tool, Digital Academy, Microsoft Training, Tech Her and Co Pilot. Organisational change: Transformation (2 departments, IT & Telecoms merging as one), Equity Diversity and Inclusion, Rewards and Recognition scheme.*Develop and executed change management strategies for complex IT projects, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and processes across multiple business units.*Engage stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives, effectively addressing resistance and concerns.*Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure project milestones were achieved within established timelines and budgets.Implemented change measurement and evaluation mechanisms, capturing key performance indicators and leveraging data for continuous improvement.*Develop and deliver training programs to enable employees to adapt to new IT solutions and maximize benefits.*Collaborate with governance bodies to establish IT change governance structures, ensuring compliance and alignment with organisational strategies.* Manage a pool of Business Change Managers and Business Change Specialists and assign them to a variety of programmes and/or projects.
