Hello, I am passionate about sport and how it can empower people and communities to be the best version of themselves! My past experience has seen me work in higher education, schools, local authority, leisure and the elite sector. I have always taken the bull by the horns and gone in feet first with projects because I am passionate about helping people. My passion continues into my own sporting career. I have played rugby internationally for Wales and continue to be a huge advocate for women playing sport. A simply summary but that\'s me in a nutshell!
